Investment specialists are dedicated to designing, developing, and identifying appropriate portfolio solutions with end-to-end program responsibility. You apply a phased and disciplined project management approach with clear deliverables and sign-offs by the relevant stakeholders. Product Managers have complete responsibility for one or more products or product categories managing the whole product lifecycle from launch to decommissioning. This includes ongoing product maintenance, tracking of product and process quality and profitability according to predefined standards.
